Parking Instructions

• Enter through Gate 4.
• You will be directed to park in Lot Black North.
• Once parked, proceed through Garage 17/18
• Check-In at CASF Registration in the Garages after security
• Walk up the interior Paddock Club Stairs
• Elevator available for ADA only

Security Information

• Please be aware that all attendees will be subject to a security check upon entry. You will be required to pass through magnetometers, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly to ensure a smooth check-in process. Check your keys and pockets for multi-tools and pocket knives to avoid a walk back to the car. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to account for this additional step. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Personal Belongings

• Due to the increased number of attendees this year, we ask that you leave large backpacks and bags in your vehicle to help ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.  We will provide a QR code to take the presentation home with you virtually so laptops are not required.

Pricing for CASF Members

$40 per person (plus tax) if registered by November 5
$45 per person (plus tax) thereafter

Non-members:  $60 per person (plus tax)
CASF is a not-for-profit association that hosts numerous functions for the express benefit of its members. Non-members are permitted to attend no more than 2 CASF events before joining the association.
