End-of-Summer Getaway at Ocean Reef 2025

Escape to the beautiful and secluded Ocean Reef Club, Key Largo for our annual membership and planning meeting on August 22 - 24.

Registration (Open to All Members): $450 (plus tax) per adult

Friday, August 22

9 AM - Recreation - Golf

Golf Course (Tee times available. Must book on own. $200 per person for each foursome. Please contact Luisa Tanner at ltanner@oceanreef.com or 305-522-0067.)

4 PM - Check-In

Front Desk (Early room check-in not guaranteed. Check with front desk upon arrival. Guests are allowed on property to dine and enjoy amenities pre-check-in.)

6:30 PM – 8:00 PM - Welcome Cocktail Reception 

Saturday, August 23

9:30 AM – 11:30 AM Board of Directors Special Session - Permit Room (Continental breakfast)

9:45 AM – 11:45 AM Corn Hole Tournament - Open to all adults and kids 

11:15 AM – 11:30 AM Open Forum - Members can address the BOD with questions or comments

11:45 AM – 12:45 PM Lunch Buffet

1 PM – 4 PM Pool Gathering - Drinks wristband per registered guest
